Our bakery is focused on slow production and low waste. Therefore , the quantity we produce is limited and unique . A newly opened bakery using a window as an entrance to Babbos wonderful world. This is where we bake our fresh and delicious bread and pastries everyday. Now... picture this… An old fashioned bakery, where bakers , for an exchange of a few coins would hand to passers-by fresh bread loaves out of the oven. Covered in flour , they would sing out " have a good day " out of their window .
